Refund Policy
Eligibility for Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of your membership or service fee if you submit a written cancellation request within 7 calendar days of your original payment date.
Partial Refund After 7 Days
If you decide to cancel your membership after 7 days, you may still request a refund; however, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
This policy is in place to account for administrative costs and services already provided or initiated.
Refund Process and Timeframe
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your written cancellation request.
- Most refunds are completed within 24–48 hours after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- If you paid by check, and the check has already cleared, CAFS will issue your refund within 10 calendar days.
